Do we own the copyrights?
No. Kelly Lesniczak Photography will always be the sole owner and copyright holder for all portraits; however, with your package you are given a print release that does give you the rights to print your portraits at a processing lab of your choosing. As the copyright owner, I ask that you do not alter the portraits in any way. If you would like an additional enhancement done to your portrait, please feel free to contact me directly.

Can we edit our own portraits?
No. I pour my heart and soul into creating your custom portraits, and that includes editing.
Can I have my unedited portraits?
No, but you do get the best images that we take. I weed out the ones that are maybe not so pleasing to the subject, duplicates or ones that aren’t up to our standards, in a process we call “culling”. I take great care during this time and choose only the best from your wedding day. This selection process is a part of our creative expression, and we take it very seriously. As a result, I do not provide any untouched images.
Can we post our image on Social Media?
Absolutely! We encourage that you do! We only ask that you kindly credit Kelly Lesniczak Photography.
Are the images we receive in our digital gallery high resolution?
Can we print our own images?
Absolutely! Your package does include a print release that gives you the rights to make unlimited copies of your portraits at a lab of your choosing. Please be aware that most traditional labs are not calibrated to represent the true colors which may throw off the colors drastically on the print. In order to get accurate colors and photos that won’t fade or fall apart over time, I recommend printing your images through my professional printing lab. It’s super easy and accessible to you right through your online gallery.
What happens in an emergency if you can’t be there?
In an emergency, do not worry! I will give 110% to make sure your wedding day has coverage. Both of my second photographers have owned their own successful photography businesses and are more than able to cover your wedding day. If one of us was unable to attend your wedding due to an emergency, I would replace myself with someone equally as talented (or better!). But rest assured, I know that your wedding day holds great responsibility which I take very seriously. I simply don’t take “sick days”.
What type of equipment do you use and what happens if it breaks?
We use a large variety of different professional equipment including cameras, portrait lenses and lighting. We do carry two cameras at all times and bring backup equipment in case the unexpected happens. Which explains all of the luggage when we arrive!
How long does it take to get our final portraits?
It takes me anywhere from 4-6 weeks for me to edit and deliver your portraits.
Do you offer wedding albums?
Currently, I do not offer wedding albums, but I am looking into offering them soon!
Are there any hidden costs?
The only additional costs that you may incur after the initial cost of your agreed upon package, would be things that you would choose to add to your package. Examples of that would be, an additional USB, extra travel costs outside of the agreed upon mileage, parking fees, food/lodging if your wedding is considered a destination wedding or special editing requests.

Once we have met and you decide to book me and my team, I will send over an electronic contract and invoice. That means, everything can be done online! Once your non-refundable retainer is paid AND your contract is signed, you officially have that date reserved for your wedding!
Do you accept payments?
Absolutely! After the non-refundable retainer is paid, the remainder must be paid 30 days prior to your wedding date. You are more than welcome make one large payment or multiple payments during that time.
What method of payments do you accept?
